no, plus sauce is not really a marinate. I'd suggest marinate in soy sauce mix with some spices, then fry tofu, put plum sauce on it.
Will it taste good to eat tofu marinated in Plum sauce?
Tofu contains chemicals that act like estrogen in the human boday. Avoid it if you are a guy for obvious reasons. Unless of course you don't mind your voice being a couple of octaves higher?
