That isn't an easy answer since every tomato weighs different and depending on who grows them, some of them can actually be quite big for their size.

Reply:Put an empty aluminum foil pan on your diet scales. Place a coupla plum tomatoes in the pan........ add another and another until you get 1 pound or 16 ounces. ....all there is to it.
