at the top of the leader alot of leaves are starting to sprout, it almost looks like what it looks like when you top a tree. what should i do with this? cut limb off? or let it stay and see what happens. it actually is the only limb that didn't die when i transplanted it. the new sprouts on the tree looks good also.
I have a three foot purple leaf plum its leader on top is half the size of the trunk?
