Where can I buy plum jam?

what type of store that is...

Where can I buy plum jam?
Well... most stores (ordinary grocery stores) do not carry this plum jam. I remember my mother made it and canned it. BUT.... it can be purchased at any GOURMET food stores.. You must have one or more in your area.. We have several here plus they are carried at Henry's food market and also Farmer's Market which is a type of gourmet food store. Good luck !!!

Reply:if you have a farmer's market in your area you can get it from there. Otherwise you have to go to one of those gourmet markets
Reply:I would check Asian markets, or possibly stores like Whole Foods, Wild Oats, Trader Joes, etc. Supermarkets are getting better about having more exotic foods on their shelves too, so maybe check some of the ethnic food areas.

Roadside stands often carry interesting jams also. Have you looked to order it online anywhere?

Here's a link to a recipe that I found (if indeed you cannot find it elsewhere.)
