Ingredients: sake %26amp; plum wine
Mix equal parts of Sake and Plum Wine. (I usually mix both bottles in a large pitcher, then refill the Sake bottle and Plum Wine bottle. Recap the bottles and chill well before serving). Serve in your prettiest Martini glasses!

If you want to make your OWN plum wine, here's how to do it:
2 lb Green Ume Plum
1 1/2 lb Crystal Sugar
7 1/2 cups White Liquor
Wash green ume plum and remove the calyxes with a bamboo stick. Wash a large glass jar well and dry it out under the sun. Dry ume plum with a towel. Place ume plum in the jar. Put crystal sugar over the ume plum. Pour white liquor in the jar. Seal the jar and store it in a dark, cool place. It will be ready in three months.
*The best time to drink ume-shu is one year after this.
*Makes 2 servings
Reply:canada dry and grapefruit juice.

Reply:not very nice ones
Reply:oh beautiful plum wine i say dont spoil it .... but maybe a mixer with vodkaand straight plum juice
Reply:dont mess it up...use it just like it is
Reply:go to bartender.com and ckitout.
Reply:Plum wine-try with ginger ale and scotch.
Reply:Personally, I would just drink it as is. It is perfect with Chinese food. My husband and I often have some for special occasions.
Reply:I wouldn't mix it with anything. I wouldn't drink it. It tastes like cough syrup.
Reply:I don't reccomend it, but it is possible to do sake bombs and saketines with plum wine sake. Sake bombs are sake (in your case plum wine sake) in a beer. Works best with a pilsner style lager. Saketinis are VODKA martinis with sake....I usually skip the vermouth and a touch of rosas in mine. They will work with plum wine sake if you like sweet.
Reply:OOOOOOOOOOOO. Sickening.
Reply:You can serve it over Rocks, by itself chilled to 45-50 degrees. Drinks you can make with it is: take a class of champagne and add 1-2 shots of plum wine. It is a refreshing taste and similar to using creme De casis of the same manner. It is a classy drink. You can also add it to a batch of Sangria (either purchased or made yourself). You can take a 6 ounce class of plum wine and add 1/2 ounce of apple tequila on the rocks. I make my own apple tequila but a small amount of calvados (apple liquor) can be substituted. It is strong so you will need a very minute amount of it.
Reply:In Spain Fanta Lemon or a similar lemon drink is added to red wine, its called tinto de verano and its very refreshing.
You could just try adding lemonade or soda with lots of ice
Reply:Couldn't tell ya but I can plums...plum jelly, plum jam, plum chutney, plumb preserves...plum everything else except wine. Here's a "for real" idea. Get online and find members of a Huterite Colony and ask them. They've done it all. By the way; make sure you listen to Susanna Vega's "My Favorite Plum" when you sample your cocktail wine. See Ya.
Reply:How about a sangria - I bet it would be yummy!

Reply:Plum Wine, Grape Juice and a Squeezed Orange.
Reply:something gross
Reply:spritzers!
Reply:plum wine is naturally sweet so two things come to mind, either make a nice little wine spritzer or a plum-tini by added a little sweet vermouth and some vodka
Reply:i have no idea, try to research it, i dont know what plum wine is, but i can tell its like apple cider!
