No. They look alot like Ringnecks to me, Wikipedia calls them Mauritius Parakeet (Psittacula eques echo), they are "the sole survivor of the Psittacula species which inhabited the southern Indian ocean islands near Madagascar."
Is an echo parakeet a combination of a ringneck parakeet and a plum headed parakeet?
