Is there such a thing as plum sauce when it comes to chinese food? im trying to find some?

well i was watching a movie and this guys was eating chinese food and then he asked can i get some extra plum sauce. on top of his rice. but im not sure if thats what he said, i think he said plum sauce or something like that
