I am going to make mini cheesecakes and would like some ideas?

I just came up with candied pecan cheesecake, and plout (kind of plum) cheesecake.

Does anyone have any great suggestions? I dont want to alter the basic cheesecake as in turning it into a pumpkin cheesecake or strawberry mousse cheesecake. I'm looking for more of toppings kind of or add in likes chocolate chip or butterscotch.

Chocolate chip cookie dough.

I did this once with packaged cookie dough and it was really good. Just cut up the uncooked dough and drop it into the cheesecake dough after you've poured it into the pan. Then cook cheesecake normally.

The chunks stay soft.

Yummy.

Drizzle the top with melted chocolate after cooking.
Reply:The favorite topping for my family is either pecans or english walnuts, choc. chips, white choc. chips and then drizzled with the caramel. I call it turtle cheesecake.
Reply:Top your pecan cheesecake with drizzled caramel...it goes great with pecans.......uuuuuuuuuuum
Reply:how about crushed oreos, or a topping of chopped walnuts drizzled with honey?
Reply:What about edible flowers? They taste good and would make a pretty mini cheesecake!

EDIT** My local super-walmart sells edible flowers. Try contacting some bakery or candy stores to see where they can be purchased. Best of luck!
Reply:caramel,butterscotch,chocolate,strawberr... or raspberry sauce drizzled over them would be awesome...or maybe even a rum or lemon sauce like you would put on bread pudding...yummmm....good luck!!
Reply:This is a little time consuming, but it's great on poundcake, so I think it would be good on cheesecake.

Cut up (or buy pre chopped) 3 mangos and chop them up into a small dice. Top with the juice of 1/2 lemon and about 2 tbsp. of fresh mint. In a sauce pan reduce 1 cup of coconut milk with a capful of vanilla by half. Then toss with the mango.
