Janet Evanovich fans--who would you cast in a Stephanie Plum movie?

They're talking about making one with Sandra Bullock as Stephanie, and I like her or Reese Witherspoon.

I think Mo'nique would be a PERFECT Lula, Shirley Jones or Betty White as Grandma Mazur, Matthew McConaughey as Morelli, and "Warrick" from Vegas CSI as Ranger.

What do you all think?

Sandra Bullock definetly as Stephanie Plum, Reese is a great actress but I don't think she physically meets stephanie's character. Matthew would be good as Morelli, I never thought of Brown (Warrick) from CSI as Ranger but he would be very good better than The Rock which I heard rumors of. I think for Grandma Mazur though I would love to see Estelle Getty, she played Sophia the oldest of the "Golden Girls" , she has a very sharp tongue and I think would fit perfect.



I would also love to see this movie out soon!!!
Reply:For Stephanie I would probably like either Amanda Peet, or Amelia Heinle, Morelli I like Josh Duhamel, or Tyler Christopher. Ranger I think Victor Webster, and Lula defenetly Monique. Some of these actors are unkown, so you might want to look them up to see their picture. Report It
Reply:I just finished her last book...he, hee! Grandma Mazur would have to be someone like Betty White how cute? I also agree with Stephanie Plum being Sandra Bullock but.....Morelli...never Matthew McConaughey (cute but not in my opinion) he would have to be harder and stronger, with a bit of sensivity more like Matt Damon or maybe even Sandra Bullock's next best friend...Keanu Reeves he would be great.
Reply:Oh please give me Julia Roberts in the lead! She knows when to let the humor roll , and when to play it with a straight face; that a good question, because for sure these books are coming to the big screen. And YES yes yes put Matthew McConaughey in a LOT of scenes :)
