If guys have an Adam's apple, how come girls don't have an Eve's plum?

i mean i heard something like and eve's peach or something!!! What does girl's have in that state of .....adam and eve! and what is it on the girl's body?

Nothing on the female body. I don't know if this is true, but, the myth is: since Adam disobey God, a piece of the forbidden apple got stuck in his throat for punishment and that's why it's called, 'Adam's Apple'.
