Hi, has anyone heard of plum blossom SHADOW mantis boxing, whose current 7th / 8th generation grandmaster is Yu Hai? (if this style really exists)
Anyone heard of plum blossom shadow mantis boxing?
Yu Hai is a northern praying mantis (NPM) stylist. He made the current compulsory wushu form of praying mantis famous. He's also appeared in the first couple of Jet Li's Shaolin films as the master. Plum Flower PM is a sub-branch of NPM. 'Shadow' is most likely a moniker that's added much later.
