Does Plum Smart juice work as well as regular prune juice?

For when things get, um, blocked up in there?

Gross question, but I hate the taste of prune juice. And laxatives, yikes!!

Reply:Have you tried eating the prunes? I have some here and they are lovely. I used to get canned prunes in syrup and they tasted pretty bad but the new ones are half dried prunes, really nice. The idea is that fiber in the diet is good, but you need to take 'liquid' into the bowel with the fiber. The only fruit that I know that has the ability to do that is the prune. I have never tried the juice, as that is liquid rather than fruit and cannot say if it works. However prunes do! Best of Luck
