Both my boyfriend and I have brown hair,tan skin tone..My dress is a plum color. White or black tux?
I think he would be more comfortable in black, and most of the guys there will probably be in black, but white would be cool against your plum with both of you being brown haired and tan. Let him decide.
Reply:A white tux would be something a lil different...it would stand out more, but I don't know if he would want that or not. Also, if he is pretty tanned, white would look VERY VERY good.. It makes him look even more tanned, and I think it would be really cute. But if he wouldn't feel comfortable wearing it, then just let him wear black. It really depends on the shade of plum your dress is =)
Reply:If you're having your wedding on a beach, or if it has a spring-like theme, go with white. White also sounds like it'd go with your dress (you also want your outfits to compliment one another) =)
On the other hand, youre always safe with black.
Personally, the white sounds nice, and origional.

Reply:Plum will look fine with either black or white, let him pick the ones hes more comfortable in. See if he can match the vest and tie to your dress.
Reply:Go with the black tux. White is always risky and even if he can pull it off it's very unlikely that it will match your dress. Black pretty much goes with anything.
