Plum eyeliner with brown eyes?

I have brown eyes, and I usually just smudge a dark brown or brownish black eyeliner into my lash line. I'm a little tired of this, and I'd like to play with colors a bit but not look ridiculous. I've heard that plum eyeliner works well to bring out brown eyes, am I wrong? Do any of you have other suggestions?

I think plum eyeliner looks great on brown or hazel eyes. I think you should go for it! You could also try some gold tones on your eyes. Good Luck :)

Reply:Yeah, that really sounds like a good combination. That's funny, I was thinking of buying plum eyeliner today. I suggest also using navy and a smokey grey.
