If so...tell me what you thought? And if not, I highly recommend it. I loved it. For me, they were laugh out loud books and I couldn't put them down. If you like funny mystery books, with sexy inuendos...then this is for you. I would say that it is more for girls..but I know a few guys that loved it too.
Have you read the Janet Evanovich Stephanie Plum series?
I love Stephanie Plum. She is so down to earth and is as confused about what she should be doing with her life as she can be. Her job with Cousin Vinnie was just temporary and now eleven books later she is still there. Her relationship with her family revolves around the dinner table and I just love Grandma Mazur. Her on-again, off-again affair with Joe as well as Ranger's intentions toward her just make her life interesting.
Reply:Laughing out loud on the bus gives me a few weird looks from other passengers which makes it funnier still. The stories plots are well thought off and these books can be put in the category Humor - Mystery - or Chick lit (all though it appears that men like this kind of humor as well). Definitely a must read.
Reply:i grew up in Jersey, which makes these books even more hysterical. I actually had someone in the mall (across the river from Trenton, no less) ask me what I was reading because I couldn't stop laughing. I highly recommend the series. I can't wait for June.
Reply:I'm a guy and I really like the books. If they ever made a movie of one, I reckon that the part of Grandma Mazur is the one that mature female actors would kill to get!!
Reply:Stephanie Plum is one of my favorite of all time characters in a mystery series. But, for the life of me, it is really frustrating to find out in each book how much she forgets and how naive she still is with each consecutive book. It seems to me that she would at least learn something from all the earlier books.
