i have olive skin and hazel eyes. jlo type colouring.
do plum shades look stupid or pretty?
Do plum hair colours look on long hair good or stupid? as its a purple shade, its kinda unique!?
I think it depends on the person's coloring and the intensity of the plum shade. If it's too bright, you'll look silly, but if it's a nice toned-down plum or burgundy, it will look good with your coloring. Be aware though - purples and reds fade faster than any other colors!
Reply:i dyed my light brown hair a burgundy color. It faded within a week and it looked really crappy but i used box color. Anyway i have fair skin and hazel eyes also and it looked really good. So if you want to you should go for it. But just remember it fades fast. Good luck to you :)
Reply:that can look brilliant but only if its that kind of only just not natural kind of a colour [[not too bright]] and if it goes with your clothes and you'd probli have 2 get different make-up too
Reply:it sounds very good to me.
Reply:sounds really nice, go for it girl!!
Reply:I think it looks great as long as you don't overdo it.
Reply:i think natural hair colours always looks best, plus when plum shades start to fade they look really bad.
Reply:It may not work for you.....
it might.....you should just use temporary highlights and see. f it doesn't look right then wash it out.
Reply:i think it sounds nice as u have nice skin couring. try a semi permanent one 1st!
Reply:they can look fabulous on the right person if you thin your that person what you waiting for get it done
Reply:I think if you're asking this Q you aint got the confidence to carry it off and might be self conscious. What's wrong with your natural hair colour anyway?? Can't be any worse than having my natural colour hair - red!
Personally, I cant stand the current trend for black over blond or visa versa and this bizarre looking unnaturally straight hair - there are lots of women out there who look like theyre wearing crazy wigs, so yes, plum has got to be better than that!!!
Reply:Most grannies get their hair coloured in that shade.
