Anyone heard of the evil plum island labratory?
AKA Anthrax Island. It was featured in Silence of the Lambs, where they were going to put Hannibal Lector in return for his help in catching Buffalo Bill. They research animal diseases there. Why would you call it evil? Only PETA would do that, as if nature does not kill animals as well. Are we not part of nature? Did God not give us dominion over the animals? It's only as evil as we ourselves are, and I do freely admit that we can be very evil. As Silence of the Lambs proves as well as Stalin, Hitler, Idi Amin, et al. They do good, necessary work at Plum Island and only a little bio-weapons research.

Reply:It's an agriculture research facility run by the USDA to research diseases that affect livestock (animals we eat) to try to keep them out of the food supply.
